Cormac O’Prey
Welcome! My name is Lisa Corallini, a certified physiotherapist and sports injury rehabilitator based in Sawbridgeworth. With degrees from Brunel University and Middlesex University, I have over 20 years of experience in physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation.
My mission is to provide customised rehabilitation programs. These programs focus on each patient’s unique goals and abilities. This way, you avoid a one-size-fits-all approach. I have a diverse sports background. I use effective methods to help clients of all ages and fitness levels. My goal is to help them return to a pain-free and active life.
What physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation treatments do we offer?
S2S Physiotherapy offers many therapies. We treat mild to severe pain. From elite athletes to individuals with age-related difficulties.
Dry Needling
Acupuncture offers a unique approach to health and well-being with the ability to treat a wide range of conditions, from musculoskeletal and gastrointestinal issues to mental health, reproductive and gynecological issues.
Interferential Therapy
Interferential therapy is an accepted therapy modality whereby low frequency electrical signals are used across tissue to illicit a therapeutic effect. Interferential therapy can be used as the treatment of choice for recent injuries and should be initiated at the earliest possible time to produce rapid results.
Low Level Laser Therapy
LLLT is a painless, sterile, non-invasive, drug-free treatment which is used to treat a variety of pain syndromes, injuries, wounds, fractures, neurological conditions and pathologies.
Shockwave Therapy
SWT is extremely effective, shortens the treatment period and brings better results in long-term follow-up. Orthopaedic applications of shock waves concentrate on the treatment of calcification, painful exostoses, various tendonopathies and impaired fracture healing. SW therapy offers an alternative in many cases when a surgical solution seems inevitable.
Massage
This is always a good and first port of call. With massage it enables the therapist to feel what is happening under your skin. Massage incorporates a number of different techniques all with the aim of increasing blood flow and flushing out toxins.
Kinesio Tape
Kinesio Taping is currently being used by therapists to change muscle tone, move lymphatic fluids, correct movement patterns, and improve posture. The Kinesio Taping Method is a unique method of applying Kinesio Tape in a specific manner to create change in several body systems.
Ultra Sound Diagnostic MSK
A diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSK) is a safe, non-invasive scan that uses high-frequency sound waves to create real-time images of muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, nerves, and soft tissues. It provides quick, detailed insights to help assess injury, pain or mobility issues.
Hyaluronic Acid Joint Injections
Hyaluronic acid joint injections help restore lubrication and cushioning within arthritic joints. By injecting a gel-like form of hyaluronic acid—naturally found in healthy synovial fluids—these treatments reduce friction, improve movement, and may help ease inflammation.
Testimonials
Vanessa Elis2025-07-09Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had orthognathic surgery in Brazil, and the doctor who operated on me released me to the UK 21 days after surgery. I never imagined I'd find such a good and friendly physiotherapist near me, in Sawbridgeworth, as Lisa Corallini. She's simply magnificent. Today I'm a little sad because I'm returning to Brazil tomorrow, and honestly, I wish I could stay longer so we could continue these sessions, which were doing me so much good. The five sessions made a huge difference in my face, and the improvement was noticeable. I'm immensely grateful to Lisa for this result achieved in such a short time. I came to see Lisa with burning hamstring pain which no tablets could relieve. I had been told by a consultant that I needed an operation. After my 1st appointment I felt the pain was not so burning. By my 3rd appointment I felt no pain at all and was able to go on a cruise which had been booked for my birthday. The pain has not returned. Lisa is amazing. I can certainly recommend her. Lisa was recommended to me by a surgeon I know, she was described as the best and that all the surgeons go to see her. Lisa is a fantastic physio, so knowledgeable and constantly learning new things. She has a very impressive career. I'm a nurse and have been seeing Lisa for over 2 years now for several issues. She got me through a herniated disc, spinal surgery and now cervical issues.
