”Possibly the only physio I've visited that got effective results. Practical and thorough! Highly recommended.”

Cormac O’Prey

Welcome! My name is Lisa Corallini, a certified physiotherapist and sports injury rehabilitator based in Sawbridgeworth. With degrees from Brunel University and Middlesex University, I have over 20 years of experience in physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation.

My mission is to provide customised rehabilitation programs. These programs focus on each patient’s unique goals and abilities. This way, you avoid a one-size-fits-all approach. I have a diverse sports background. I use effective methods to help clients of all ages and fitness levels. My goal is to help them return to a pain-free and active life.

What physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation treatments do we offer?

S2S Physiotherapy offers many therapies. We treat mild to severe pain. From elite athletes to individuals with age-related difficulties.

Dry Needling

Acupuncture offers a unique approach to health and well-being with the ability to treat a wide range of conditions, from musculoskeletal and gastrointestinal issues to mental health, reproductive and gynecological issues.

Interferential Therapy

Interferential therapy is an accepted therapy modality whereby low frequency electrical signals are used across tissue to illicit a therapeutic effect. Interferential therapy can be used as the treatment of choice for recent injuries and should be initiated at the earliest possible time to produce rapid results.

Low Level Laser Therapy

LLLT is a painless, sterile, non-invasive, drug-free treatment which is used to treat a variety of pain syndromes, injuries, wounds, fractures, neurological conditions and pathologies.

Shockwave Therapy

SWT is extremely effective, shortens the treatment period and brings better results in long-term follow-up. Orthopaedic applications of shock waves concentrate on the treatment of calcification, painful exostoses, various tendonopathies and impaired fracture healing. SW therapy offers an alternative in many cases when a surgical solution seems inevitable.

Massage

This is always a good and first port of call. With massage it enables the therapist to feel what is happening under your skin. Massage incorporates a number of different techniques all with the aim of increasing blood flow and flushing out toxins.

Kinesio Tape

Kinesio Taping is currently being used by therapists to change muscle tone, move lymphatic fluids, correct movement patterns, and improve posture. The Kinesio Taping Method is a unique method of applying Kinesio Tape in a specific manner to create change in several body systems.

Ultra Sound Diagnostic MSK

A diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSK) is a safe, non-invasive scan that uses high-frequency sound waves to create real-time images of muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, nerves, and soft tissues. It provides quick, detailed insights to help assess injury, pain or mobility issues.

Hyaluronic Acid Joint Injections

Hyaluronic acid joint injections help restore lubrication and cushioning within arthritic joints. By injecting a gel-like form of hyaluronic acid—naturally found in healthy synovial fluids—these treatments reduce friction, improve movement, and may help ease inflammation.

Rehab & strength Conditioning

Our individual physiotherapy care plans combine hands-on treatments with tailored home exercise programs. We prioritise each patient’s unique needs, ensuring personalised, effective care that supports a safe and efficient recovery.
