Dry Needling

Dry Needling

Dry Needling is a western approach to that of Acupuncture.  It entails sterile needles being inserted into the effected area of your injury or pain.  All needles are pre packed / sealed and are opened only when required.  After use all needles are disposed of in a sharps container and are then later collected and destroyed.  No needles are ever re used!

Massage: This is always a good and first port of call.  With massage it enables the therapist to feel what is happening under your skin. Massage incorporates a number of different techniques all with the aim of increasing blood flow and flushing out toxins.

Massage also helps break down unwanted adhesions within the tissue.

The depth of massage will depend on your personal tolerance.  The person who is performing the massage will also monitor whether you are comfortable throughout verbally.  Please always indicate if the massage is too painful, it is not about being in pain.
